In 2021, we surpassed our goal of achieving over 50% of our energy consumption from renewable sources and launched a new challenge: reaching a target of 70% of direct renewable energy consumption by 2030.

The water security and loss reduction program enabled us to prevent the wastage of 25 billion liters of water between 2018 and 2022. In 2022, the Company reduced losses from 41%, as recorded in 2018, to 35%, and to ensure the effectiveness of this journey, we have committed to achieving a 25% loss rate by 2030.
The DiversifiK Program, focused on promoting diversity and inclusion, includes a collegiate committee composed of leaders and four working groups dedicated to the following fronts: Women's Empowerment, Racial Diversity, LGBTQIA+, and People with Disabilities (PWDs).
In 2022, BRK continued its consistent track record of results. For the fourth consecutive year, EBITDA showed double-digit growth, combined with a reduction in leverage during the fiscal year. This performance was sustained by a structured and ongoing operational efficiency plan.
