we have established in our corporate governance a Compliance Program aligned to the best market practices and that determines the guidelines for the internal and external relations of all employees, managers, directors, board members, and shareholders.

Since 2018, our company has an internal controls program adhering to the requirements of the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), focused on the prevention, detection and correction of any potential non-compliance related to the financial information of our business.

2030 Agenda

Our business model allows us to make direct contributions towards meeting the targets of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), proposed in the scope of the 2030 Agenda - formulated by the member countries of the United Nations Organization (UNO) to materialize sustainable development in the next decade.

SDG 6 - Clean Water and Sanitation is at the core of our strategy, which seeks the universalization of sanitation in the cities we serve. Other investments and projects we carry out connect to other global demands - such as valuing women in the labor market (SDG 5) and fighting climate change (SDG 13).

In 2020, our company joined the SDG Ambition Program, promoted worldwide by the Global Compact with the aim of encouraging companies to set business goals in line with the objectives of the 2030 Agenda.
